PROJECT NAME: BFM Taxiway A Storm Water Drainage Repair
PROJECT LOCATION: Brookley Field, Mobile, AL
BID DEADLINE & TIME: July 11, 2024 @ 2:00 PM

All as described in the Specifications (Documents) prepared by Capital Programs, Ops & Maintenance Department. MAA is seeking qualified companies to provide Drainage Repair Services to the Mobile Airport Authority.

l. BID DATE:
A. Sealed formal Proposals of a stipulated sum (fixed price) will be received until 2:00 P.M., Thursday, July 11, 2024, Attn: Rita Barren, Procurement Officer, 1891 Ninth St., Mobile, Alabama, 36615
B. All Bids not clocked in at the Receptionist Desk prior to the time specified, or Bids received after the specified time, will be automatically rejected and returned, unopened.
C. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately after 2:00 P.M. in the Board Room at the Administrative Building, 1891 Ninth St., Mobile, Alabama 36615.

2. BID DOCUMENTS AND SPECIFICATIONS:
A. The Project Manual, including all Bid Documents and Specifications, may be obtained from the Mobile Airport Authority’s plan room at https://www.maabids.com/jobs/rfq at no charge.

3. PRE-BID CONFERENCE:
A. There will be a Pre-Bid Conference held on Thursday, June 27, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. in the Board Room at Mobile Airport Authority at 1891 9th St, Mobile AL, 36615. A site visit will follow shortly after the pre- bid meeting.

4. IRREGULARITIES AND REJECTION:
A. The Mobile Airport Authority reserves the right to waive irregularities in the Bid and in Bidding, and to reject any or all Bids.

5. DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS:
A. Questions concerning the proposal shall be addressed and submitted in writing no later than close of business, July 3RD, 2024, 5:00 PM to: Rita L. Barren, Procurement Officer at rbarren@mobairport.com
